Class Descriptions

At Body By Milana we offer a diverse range of classes with the most current new fitness trends to keep your body responding to your training. We pride ourselves in helping you achieve your health & fitness goals and creating, building or maintaining a healthier happier you.  Our current classes that we offer are:

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS (Each Class is normally 55 min)

BBM JUMP: Non impact Metabolic training using the mini trampoline that can be used in a flat or elevated position providing a versatile effective and fun way to get fit, lose weight and stay healthy.  We will be adding airopes and weighted gloves can be used as well. (SIGNUP REQUIRED)

BBM PILOXING BARRE: Program that mixes pilates and boxing moves into a fat torching muscle sculpting core centric interval workout guaranteed to whip you into shape using a class format thats both fun and challenging.  Piloxing blends the power speed and agility of boxing with the beautiful sculpting and flexibility of Pilates. (WALK IN)

BBM COREBAR: Corebar training is effective and tough; this is the the ultimate calorie burning workout to test your levels of fitness and endurance.  Using a weighted bar, you'll re-contour, re-define and re-shape your muscles with partiular focus on your core, using signature COREBAR moves along with influences from traditional aerobics and resistance training, martial arts and Pilates, helping you become COREBAR STRONG. (SIGNUP REQUIRED)

BBM INSANITY: Cardio-based total body conditioning program based on the principals of MAX Interval Training.  Insanity pushes the participant to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, fast results and a more efficient metabolism.  Each round is designed with the right balance of intensity intervals and a 30 second rest period. (WALK IN CLASS)

BBM BEYOND BOOTY BARRE: A fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body.  It uses classical barre exercise to strengthen and develop long lean muscles.  It's a balanced workout hitting every part of the body including the upperbody scuplting incorporating weights and the barre to sculpt the thighs and lift the seat. BBM TOTAL SHRED: Total body circuits incorporating weights, a mat and your own body weight to shred you to the max. (WALK IN)

BBM Step 360 The Step 360 is set transform fitness once again.  The secret:  A revoltionary design that has two adjustable air-filled chambers with a flat, padded platform which is used for short high energy burts of cardio & strength quickies.

BBM STATIONS: Circuit type training which is an excellent way to simultaneously improve mobility strength & stamina whhile keeping it interesting and fun.  The class will be split up in to small groups where we will move from station to station involving circuits of various props.  (SIGN UP)

BBM TURBO KICK: One of the HIGHEST calorie burning workouts! Turbo Kick is a combination of intense kickboxing moves, as well as dance moves all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music.  It's the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that's a uniques blend of intense intervals of strength/ endurance training.  (WALK IN)
